mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;\"\u003e「喺我個年代，要成為一個歌手係一件非常遙遠嘅事」，當年電視台每年宣傳「新秀歌唱比賽」，領取報名表格的禮頓道\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e1\u003c\/span\u003e號華星唱片公司，對當時的強尼來說，像是一座高不可攀的山。「我係每年都唔會夠膽去攞表囉，因為我覺得係冇可能嘅事。但其實點會冇幻想過？冇閃過\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e(\u003c\/span\u003e念頭\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e)\u003c\/span\u003e？」\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: '新細明體',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;\"\u003e工作模式亦符合他「坐唔定」的性格，「通常一個\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eproject\u003c\/span\u003e長則三年短則兩年，之後又會去下個\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eproject\u003c\/span\u003e，面對一班新嘅同事、一份新嘅圖則、新嘅難題，我好鍾意咁樣兩三年就轉一次工作環境。」\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: '新細明體',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;\"\u003e强尼最初以兼職形式入行，笑言最難忘的是電視台沒有訓練，「即係藝員訓練班有訓練，我哋冇呀，\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003ecasting\u003c\/span\u003e揀咗四個人，得啦，聽日出鏡」，亦沒有資料稿，「講波從來都冇稿，體育係\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eLive\u003c\/span\u003e，你點知跟住落嚟會發生咩事。」\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: '新細明體',serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-fareast;\"\u003e在轉行追夢的途中，本已升至\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eproject manager\u003c\/span\u003e的强尼學會一個詞：「捨得」。「一定要捨棄一啲嘢，你先會得到啲嘢，呢個係必然過程。」爲了講波，他捨棄了夜晚留在家中的時間，捨棄原本在大部分人眼中那份穩定、有明確晉升機會的穩定工作，「講波就係講波，演員就係演員，主持就係主持，講波冇升職㗎，一生人你都冇得升職㗎。」但他仍然決定放棄理想收入，全身投入新工作\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e--\u003c\/span\u003e轉做全職「講波佬」。\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: '新細明體',serif;
