
On August 29th, "Rolling Power" and a group of wheelchair users with rare diseases from Lifewire "rolled into the sea" at Repulse Bay. With the assistance of professionals and volunteers from the Police Diving Club, they used special beach wheelchairs to cross the sand and enter the sea, experiencing the sensation of floating and enjoying their first waves.





Chow Pui-shan, who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, went to the beach and into the sea for the first time in her life. When she looked back at the photos and videos at home, she felt like she was dreaming.
