19歲護士學生滿懷熱誠助人，但才剛起步便遭罕見腦癌來襲。捱過開腦手術、化療、電療、痛苦的幹細胞移植後，癌症兩度復發。接受伽瑪刀治療後，腫瘤奇蹟地大幅縮小，但服用的標靶藥未納資助，每月藥費近14萬元。母親賣盡家財，也只籌得第一個月的藥費，深恐錯過治療希望，亟需各方援助。

A seemingly simple wish is far from being fulfilled. A family of four with two lively and adorable sons was supposed to be a picture of a happy family, but it was suddenly discovered that both sons were suffering from the rare disease Mucopolysaccharidosis IIIA (MPS IIIA). The older brother's bodily functions and IQ had deteriorated to that of an infant, and he was unlikely to live past the age of 14. His parents only hope that the experimental stem cell therapy that his brother is receiving will reverse his condition.

Standing 155 cm tall but weighing only 34 kg, the frail Kwong Hoi Kei lives under the debilitating shadow of Neurofibromatosis. Not only does she struggle to walk and rely on a wheelchair for mobility, but she also grows short of breath after just a short conversation. Her health is constantly threatened by fibromas growing in clusters along her nerves, which could deteriorate and lead to paralysis. Coupled with a septal defect (hole in the heart) and Moyamoya disease—which poses a constant risk of recurrent cerebral hemorrhaging—she lives with three "hidden bombs" inside her body, never knowing when or where they might explode.

四歲，經歷三次手術； 脫骹、手術，脫骹、手術……卻又重返原點； 全因她得了無法根治的「發展性髖關節發育不良」 這小天使卻總笑着說： 「No喊！」「No痛！」「我要好返！」

9歲的年紀，6歲的個子； 嘗過生死一線，管他「大部份得20歲命……」之說； 他總是昂首鏗鏘說出：「我叫朱逸朗，我患上黏多醣貯積症，第六型。」 「我係無畏無懼嘅！」

「你患了什麼病？」 「我不知道！我都好想知，邊個講到畀我知……」
