On August 23, Fu Jianhua, one of the top 50 contestants from "Midlife, Sing!," held the "Fu Jianhua Dream Come True Concert" at the Sunbeam Theatre in Whampoa to raise funds for children with rare diseases and "Rehab Power."
In addition to his heartfelt rendition of many classic songs, he was also joined by Ms. Chik Oi-yung, who is also from "Midlife, Sing!", Wong Ha Wai, and singer Chan Kin-hing. #Lifewire's all-rounder Rochelle, despite being ill, also performed for charity.
Wong Wai-lung, who suffers from ATAD3A, attended the concert with his mother. Chan Tsz-kin, nicknamed "Snail Boy," who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, also came with his mother, as did Mok Ho-cheung and Siu Hiu-chun, who has mucopolysaccharidosis, with their families. Hiu-chun's great-aunt was deeply moved to learn that Rochelle performed for her rare disease friends despite being ill, raising funds for them, and admired her spirit of selfless dedication.
