Overcoming physical challenges, Hester Chan, who lives with a rare disease, has become a community instructor of intangible cultural heritage arts
She has always hoped to pass on and promote Hong Kong's intangible cultural heritage with her own hands,
letting the public experience the joy and sense of achievement in making Fa Pau (flower wreaths).

Recently, two of her mini Hong Kong-style Fa Pau went beyond Hong Kong to be featured in the
"Touch the Heart" art exhibition for the deafblind, hosted by the Macau Deaf Association.

Hester Chan represented the Deafblind - Resource Centre, HKSB alongside three other members for this exhibition.
She even traveled to Macau personally to attend the opening ceremony.
The works exhibited this time were meticulously created, with every detail full of inclusive elements.
For the deafblind, every tiny step requires overcoming physical limitations to complete,
reflecting immense heart, effort, and perseverance.
