27-year-old Leung Man Wai has gone shopping with blind girl, she asked “can you help me find is it one hundred dollars?" inspired her to design wallet for the blind, let them distinguish money and not easy to be deceived. She launched crowdfunding of $300,000 earlier, 1500 wallets to be made and gave the members of "The Hong Kong Society for the Blind".
Understand the needs of the blind live to design a good product
After graduating, Leung Man Wai have founded “Mosi Mosi”, she believes design is to make people have a better life. "Design is not a person can be imagined, we should get along with the person and learn about them in order to create and meet their needs from product. "
Leung Man Wai graduated at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and her graduated project was to help socially neglected people. So, she went to Tin Shui Wai “Fu Hong Society” to get along with physical disabilities and mild intellectual disabilities, chat with them, painting and go shopping with blind to observe all the difficulties from the daily subtle.

She still hopes crowdfunding success, brings the blind to get 1500 wallets free. She explained, wallet cost about $130 each, the rest used for transport, packaging, administration, design, patents, part-time coordinators and other expenses.
Leung Man Wai says with a laugh, this design is non-profitable, talk mind. She said that if the public fails to raise target, the project will proceed only reduce yield. If reach $400,000, she hopes to bring “visible wallet" to the world and more of them can use.
