Last Sunday, Chan Ka Wa (Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia), Yau Chun, Chu Yat Long (Mucopolysaccharidosis), Hester Chan (undisclosed rare disease), and Wong Wai Lung (ATAD3A) experienced the charm of billiards at the Hong Kong Billiard Sports Academy, in a billiard experience day hosted by the Hong Kong Phab Snooker Association to promote inclusion.

Wai Lung tried his best under the patient guidance of the instructor.

Ka Wa, an athlete who represented Hong Kong in javelin and discus world championships, tried billiards for the first time and focused intently on learning.

Everyone laughed excitedly and exclaimed "Super fun, really enjoyable" every time they pocketed a ball!

Ka Wa and Ka Man also shared their life stories to raise awareness about rare diseases.

Lifewire also received a certificate of appreciation from Mr. Lau Ip Keung, MH, JP, Chairman of the Rural Council, and Permanent Honorary President of the Hong Kong Phab Snooker Association.

With support, everyone can participate in sports, break down barriers, and achieve inclusion.
