Chow Pui-shan, who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy and can only move two of her fingers freely, turned her fate around through perseverance, gaining admission to HKU and graduating with a Master's degree in English. Last Thursday (September 17), she joined CareNet to share her life story with Hilti, a construction technology and services provider.
Pui-shan shared her personal experiences, the difficulties and challenges she has faced, and provided inspiration while raising awareness about rare diseases. All of the approximately 30 attendees were deeply moved.
