#Move4Kids Charity Exercise Challenge

Together, let’s #Move4Kids！
Due to the pandemic, many of our fundraising activities have been postponed or cancelled. To continue supporting our little warriors, we need your help!
#Move4Kids is a charity exercise challenge to raise funds for children with rare diseases to purchase specialised medical equipment.
Participants can choose to run, hike, or cycle for a chance to win prizes worth up to HK$10,000 ！
Though far apart, we hope to unite people at heart.

To participate in the challenge：
- Complete one of the following exercises of your choice：
a. Running ♂️: Participants can choose to run 1km, 3km, or 10km
b. Hiking ⛰️: Hike for 3km (any trail of your choice)
c. Cycling♂️: Cycle 50km - Leading by example, each participant will donate HKD$150 to help rare disease patients purchase specialised medical equipment to enhance their quality of life.
