Please prepare a cheque payable to "Lifewire Foundation Limited" together with
your personal details and mail to：
27/F, Tower A, 83 King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan,
Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Please write "Lifewire Foundation Limited" on the envelope
Donation of HK$100 or above is tax deductible with a receipt.
  • Please forward the orginal bank pay-in-slip, the orginal ATM receipt, Internet transfer record or cheque together with donation receipt application form, by mail to Lifeiwire Foundation Limited or email info@lifewire.hk
  • Please download the form

  • Lifewire will charges a flat rate of 4.5% as admin fee on received donations. Also all credit card banks / payment gateway will levy service charge from donors. The net proceeds will go to funding the causes you care the most about.
