Bob recalled that many years ago, he witnessed a congenitally deaf child undergoing auricular surgery which gave him a deeper understanding of sick children. "It's very shocking!" Bob interviewed him before the operation. If he could really hear sounds, what is the first thing he would want to do" He said, "I want to help my mom answer the phone!"A seemingly simple little thing, but so important to a deaf person; Zi Bo still remembers it vividly in his memory.
