Last Saturday was a picture-perfect day—bright sunshine and clear skies all around.
Huge thanks to Hong Kong Disneyland for donating tickets, allowing over 30 families affected by rare diseases—around 160 people in total—to enjoy a magical day at the park. Despite the scorching heat, the kids’ passion for play burned even brighter. They were so thrilled, their blood pressure nearly shot up to 200!
Special thanks to volunteer Brother Wing, who generously donated over HK$10,000 to give lucky red envelopes to each family. Ice cream was enjoyed, blood pressure cooled down, and the summer heat was chased away.
🙏 We're deeply grateful to all the volunteers and the Lifewire team for their support, which made it possible for Ka-man Chan, who is still undiagnosed, and Yau-chun, who lives with hereditary spastic lower limb paralysis, to experience the Jungle River Cruise and It's a Small World. Yau-chun laughed so hard, you could hear his joyful giggles echoing.
🎉 Some kids got their long-awaited collectible pins and were blown away by the spectacular fireworks show. Both children and adults said it was pure joy to explore Disneyland with so many friends by their side.
