[Children With Rare Disease Make Mini Lion Head Together]
✌️「I can do it all」✌️ Last week, a group of sick children were exposed to Hong Kong traditional culture ❤️ together to participate in the mini lion dance workshop
Suffering from #spinalmuscularatrophy #Yiu Sum Yuet, and her whole family went out together. She can only move a few fingers, her mother held her fingertips The mother took the fingertips and gently touched the water stickers to stick each pattern, gradually completing the pink lion head.
It was Sum Yuet,’s first time to wear a big lion head, and her brother couldn’t help but dance and act like a lion warrior. When leaving, Sum Yuet hugged the pink mini lion dance given by the lecturer Sheng Sir, and said sincerely: "It's so beautiful!" She was very satisfied!
Brother and sister Chan Ka Wa and Chan Yau Chun, who both suffer from hereditary spastic paraplegia, participated with their elder sister, 綺琳, and their mother. Ka Wa was serious and focused throughout the whole process and completed the work independently. Yau Chun performed a "concert" in dolphin-sound style throughout, and her mother said that she was smiling particularly happily that day
Mother Chen, who has been working hard to learn, has already obtained the qualification of a community mentor. She also gave on-site guidance to the visually impaired friends and fellow volunteers who participated in the event. Visually impaired friends are grateful that this event has helped them regain their long-lost interests.
Hester, ho suffers from an unknown rare disease and is also qualified as a community mentor, brought a 6-year-old child to participate in this event and made a lion head with her own style.
In just a few hours, everyone happily and attentively participated in hugging the finished product they had made, and everyone was crazy about taking pictures
Thank you to 傳藝舘文化傳承 for organizing the event again, so that the children can discover their abilities
For families with rare diseases, every opportunity to participate in the event is precious❤️I hope everyone will continue to support them
