Thank you to the Culture Heir HK for organizing a private movie screening at past Saturday. Families of patients with rare diseases from Lifewire and friends from Hong Kong Green Grass Notes Care Limited were invited to watch the film ‘Papa’, celebrating the Winter Solstice together.

Director Philip Yung and psychiatrist Dr. Chan Kai Tai were also invited to share insights, helping attendees better understand schizophrenia and mental health issues. During the Q&A session, even young Lang Lang eagerly raised his hand to interact with the director.

For some SEN (Special Educational Needs) children, this was their very first time in a cinema—a breakthrough for both the parents and the kids. They were all deeply grateful for such a thoughtful arrangement, feeling warmth during the Winter Solstice.

The Culture Heir HK also sent young volunteers to distribute Winter Solstice gift sets which were sponsored by the center and Pat Chun Store. Additionally, Swire Properties CCF and their team handed out Christmas presents.

Everyone left with full hands and hearts, enjoying an abundant and meaningful Winter Solstice.
